What I Got For Christmas

I love Christmas so much and my favourite thing is all the decorations that get put up but I love everything about Christmas! And on Christmas morning I love seeing other people open their presents and opening all of my presents. But there is always one present that I can't wait to open... my aunties present. She buys a box and absolutely fills it to the brim with amazing presents! So this post I'm dedicating entirely to the presents I got from her this Christmas

Can we take a few seconds to appreciate how amazing the box looks! Its designed to look like an old book and is covered with thinks for Paris.

I think this bag looks amazing! It’s got two compartments inside so is perfect for a wash bag and I’ve already used it for when I went away over New Year.

These soaps smell incredible; it’s what I imagine an orange grove to smell like. I cant wait to use them but I don’t want to ruin them.

This torch will come in handy in July when I go and do my Duke of Edinburgh expedition.

I haven’t used this nail kit yet but I can’t wait to see how my nails turn out after I think it will be really cool.

This little owl has pink shimmery lipgloss inside and he's soooooo cute!

This hand and body lotion I think looks stuning with the shiny colourful packaging and it smells amazing.

This ring looks so beautiful and it fits me perfectly.

I’ve never had gems and sparkles to go on my nails but I’ve seen pictures on Instagram of amazing nail art and I’m looking forward to giving it a try.

These earing look so pretty AND THEY’RE SHINY!

Do I even need to say anything?

I never usually use eye makeup remover but I look forward to giving this a try.

WOW!!! Do I need to say any more?

I’ve used this almost every day since Christmas and I love it!

I’ve used this a few times under my eye shadow and it feels so smooth!

Barry M Textured Glitter Nail Paint - Review

I thought that I would do this review now because I think that this nail polish would be great to wear on Christmas day. I brought this polish randomly really when I was out Christmas shopping with my sister. We were in Super drug and I saw a stand with some of the textured Barry M nail polishes and thought ‘I’m buying loads of presents other people so I’ll buy a present for me!’

Pros
  • You only need one coat of this varnish and that is it. I’ve had other glittery polishes and they’ve needed at least two coats to cover the nails in glitter.
  • It dries really quickly which is always good!
  • It’s really cheap! I think it was only about £4.00
  • IT'S GLITTERY
Cons
  • I’ve had to reapply the tips of my nails a couple of times however that happens with lots of polishes.
  • This isn’t really a con but more of a personal thing. I like how smooth my nails feel after I’ve painted them but because this is a glittery polish they’re rough. But If I put a top coat on then I’m sure they would be smooth.

Over all I would 100% recommend this nail varnish I think that it’s amazing!!!

Spain | Day 6

On day 6 we went to a water park so obviously I didn't talk any pictures, however I do have a great story to tell. When people have asked me in the past about my 'most embarrassing moment' I've never had anything to say, however this day at the water park provided me with the perfect story in response to that question...

I’d been on some of the scariest rides in the park with my Dad and sister so we decided to go on one of the calmer rides with my Mum as well. So we queued up for a water slide that was a simple strait down slide. There were four rows next to each other so my family lined up to race each other down to the bottom. Whilst I was at the top of the slide I noticed that the life guard at the bottom was absolutely gorgeous! He had an amazing six pack and his hair was amazing and everything about him was amazing. I was so glad I’d put my water proof mascara on and my favourite bikini on. So then I launched myself down the slide. The water started to spray all over my face then somehow my whole body twisted round so I was then going head first down the slide while struggling to breath. Then suddenly my bikini bottoms whipped off as I entered head first into the water! I was franticly trying to pull up my bottoms, trying to regain my breath. I came up to the surface after sorting my bikini bottoms and I think I got away with it, so I was walking confidently out of the pool (still mesmerised by the  life guard). Then as I walked out of the pool I looked down and found that my bikini top had slipped right down, and I was exposing myself to the world… I wanted the ground to swallow me up.
