No-heat Waves

For some reason recently I've been having no spare time in the morning to straighten my hair. So this trick is awesome because in the morning all you have to do is untie your hair and if it turns out well then that’s it or if it looks weird you can just tie it up!  So here’s how I did it;

First I towel dried my hair.

Then I put some of the moose and the serum through my hair and sprayed it with a bit of hair spray (I probably didn’t need all of the products but it makes me feel processional when I use them.)

Next I split my hair down the back into two equal sections. Then on the first side I started twisting the hair from the top gathering pieces as I went down.

When I reached the top of my neck I tied it with a hair bobble while I did the same twisting to the other side. Then I took out the hair bobble and gathered both sides together.

The next bit was slightly tricky; I split all the hair into three sections and plated it down the back.

Then I slept with it all in!
In the morning I simply took the braid out! and that was it!

One thing I would say is DON’T BRUSH IT!!! This makes it go frizzy. If need to you could add a bit more product to help it stay in, but I just left it.
This look is so easy and it’s definitely worth giving a try. Bye! Bye! Xx

Cool Flower Nail Art

This nail art is so cool, even if I do say so myself. And the bonus part is that it’s so easy to recreate (Although a lot of patients is needed.)  In my opinion it looks better if you use contrasting colours like something dark and something light. I think my nails would have looked better if I had used a lighter coloured blue.

What you need
  • Two shades of nail varnish, I used Technic Black and Rebel nail varnish in shade 2
  • A top coat, I used Leighton Denny Crystal Finish
  • Nail Varnish remover
  • Cotton pads
  • A pencil
  • Cocktail sticks
  • Nail file
  • Nail clippers

Step 1

Get rid of any old nail varnish that could still be on your nails.

Step 2

Use the nail file and nail clippers to trim and shape your nails the way that you want to, I like my nails to be square with rounded edges.

Step 3

Paint your nails with the base colour you picked out. I used this turquoise colour because, to be honest I’d never seen it in my nail varnish collection before and I thought that it looked pretty.

Step 4

Now for the fun part! Once your nails have dried, use the pencil to create 5 dots in a circle using the second colour that you picked out. Do this on one nail.

Step 5

Use one of the cocktail sticks to drag the dots towards the centre of the circle. Then repeat this and step 5 for all your other nails.

Step 6

Wait until all your nails are completely dry then use a top coat to conceal your awesome flower design.

And then you’re done! Hope your nails turned out great. Bye! Bye! XX

My List of 5 Film Recomendations

In Time
I found this film so cool. It's sort of like a SiFi new world kind of film. Basically the world is split into different sections based on how ‘rich’ you are. The world no longer operates with money; instead they pay for things with time. It quite hard to explain but as soon as you’re completely out of time you die. I really, really, really, enjoyed this film and I highly recommend watching it!

The Proposal
Wow I think this might be one of my most favourite films of all time. What happens is Ryan Reynold's character is forced to marry Sandra Bullock's character. It's so funny and a great film and I JUST LOVE IT!!!

Crazy Stupid Love
This film is amazing and it’s so heart-warming. There are loads of films set out in this way where there are different story lines, then at the end of the film they all come together, but I think that this one is definitely one of the best. The ending is so cool and I don't know about anyone else, but for me I didn't see it coming.

Magic Mike
You see Channing Tatum topless... do I need to say any more. Haha, I'm joking, obviously that is the first attraction to the film but behind that there is a really good story that grabs your attention.

Notting Hill
This I think might be my favourite film out of all of these. It’s about an average boy who meets a famous Hollywood star and falls in love with her. Some of the films in this list I admit are cheesy but this one definitely isn't. I can't praise this film enough and if you get a chance to watch it you definitely should.
