Gatsby Style Makeup

This is a bit of a random, spur of the moment post. I just watched on of my friends do this style makeup look on YouTube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BwPoFzPqa8&feature=c4-overview&list=UUNVNOJfv6aroA7ScpOiR0kw) and I thought it looked really cool so I decided to do my own version of it (despite me having a great heap of homework). Because I wasn't planning on doing this post the lighting in the photos isn't very good because I took them when it was dark.  

  

Products used-

Rimmel match perfection in shade light porcelain

Maybelline expression kajal eyeliner

MUA Merged trio eyeshadow Theatrics

Claire's Eye glitter (Don't judge it was a present and also never every buy it, its rubbish)

Jelly pong pong Wide Awake palette

Vaseline

Collection Fast stroke eyeliner

 NYC Smooch proof lip stain in the colour Champagne Stain 493

I put a thin layer of the foundation over my face then used the illuminator from the jelly pong pong over any dark patches. Then I put my liquid eyeliner in a line over my top lashes and put the pencil liner on my water line. I used one of the silver glitter over my eyelids and in my crease I used the black from the MUA palette then to finish the eyes I put mascara on. Then lastly I used the lip stain on my lips (obviously) and lastly I put the Vaseline over the top. And that's it!!! Bye! Bye! XX

30 Day Snap #2

I wear the same make-up everyday and this morning I thought that I would try something new. I have never filled in my eyebrows before so I decided to use some eyeshadows and experiment with them. Looking at this picture it doesn't look like anything drastic but considering how light my eyebrows are naturally it has made a lot of difference and I might try it again. XX

• On my eyebrows I used some eyeshadows that my aunt gave me for Christmas.
